Our mission
St. Mary’s Auto body is a forward thinking operation that thrives on constant change & improvement through training & good communication – resulting in new growth and healthy profits for all those involved. Each team member is expected to contribute their effort and intelligence to not only getting each job done properly, quickly & profitably, but to offer their own ideas for improvement.
We are the shop where EVERYONE knows they can count on us for quality repairs, done properly at a fair cost. They will feel welcomed and valued by everyone at SMAB and the business will continue to grow and be profitable by always being effective and efficient.
Our History
Since 1953, we have consistently earned and maintained the reputation of the area’s leader when it comes to collision repair. Our greatest strength is our experience combined with regular and, at times, intensive training. We’ve always embraced change and challenges but still pride ourselves on our “old fashioned” personal customer service which is becoming extinct in the world today.
St. Marys Auto Body has been passed down through the Buerk family beginning with Chris to Phil and now under the ownership of Bob. The next generation is being groomed for a smooth transition in the future. The company is very community oriented and tries to offer assistance whenever possible to improve the quality of life in our area.
Our goal is and always has been simple – to restore your vehicle ensuring your family’s safety while working hard to exceed your expectations. That’s it! Our customers are what really matters and we’ll do whatever we can to take care of your needs while we continue to fine tune our operation.

St. Marys Auto Body supports many Not-for-Profit organizations, as well as educational and medical programs and facilities and families in need. Obviously it would be impossible to help every single cause that comes our way, but we do our best and generally ‘give till it hurts’ where most needed.
